- After reviewing the application details, issue the Workplace Industrial Accident Rate Inquiry Report.
- Check the issued Workplace Industrial Accident Rate Inquiry Report.
The term “Industrial Accident Rate Certificate” has been changed to “Workplace Industrial Accident Rate Inquiry Report.”
